When will the event photos be uploaded?
Photos are uploaded throughout the day at the event, but maybe slow due to remote locations which means poor mobile wifi signal. We aim to have them up the same evening, but sometimes they do not complete until the next day. If after 48 hours you still cannot find you images, please get in touch again with the approximate time you would expect the photos to have been taken, and we can search the original file. It maybe they have been sorted into an incorrect folder, as its sorted manually, so human error can play a part.
When will my photoshoot images be ready?
We aim to get the gallery uploaded and sent out to you within 3-4 weeks of the photoshoot date, as we edit everything to be uploaded. This way what you will see is the finished product. So we know you're excited to see them, but are very grateful for you patience.
My download says Pending?
This is because it requires manual processing - it is either an edited version you have ordered, or a large download. To save storage costs we upload unedited medium sized images therefore these are the maximum size that are instantly available. We usually process orders Wednesday-Friday unless away on shoots.
My digitals won't download?
If your digitals are showing as available (not pending) then you can either download them individually under each image, or as a ZIP file. It may not appear to have done anything on some phones, but it will have been saved where your downloads usually save. You may need to refer to google if you do not know where this is.
My gift card isn't accepted?
Please make sure you are entering the code at the payment stage as an egift card as a form of payment, and not the "coupon" box which is meant for discount and promotional codes.
Where can I find my free digital?
If you purchased a print onsite and are expecting a free social media digital, these are posted on our Ellie Osborne Photography Facebook page. If you purchased a print online and the digital still says pending, it is because it hasn't been edited yet and this can take few days as editing is done during working hours, around other shoots. You will receive an email once your download is ready.
